Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Because each event requires advance staffing, court allocation, and preparation, the following policy applies to all party bookings.

Deposits & Payments

A deposit is required to secure your booking. All deposits are applied toward the total event fee and are subject to this cancellation policy.

1. Cancellations More Than 7 Days Before the Event

You may choose one of the following options:

  • Reschedule: A one-time rescheduling at no charge, subject to availability. Your full credit will remain valid for up to 12 months from the original event date.

  • Refund: A refund of all prepaid amounts, less a 10% administrative fee

2. Cancellations Between 48 Hours and 7 Days Before the Event

  • No refunds will be issued.

  • A one-time rescheduling may be requested, subject to availability.

  • Credit remains valid for up to 12 months from the original event date

3. Cancellations Within 48 Hours of the Event

  • No refunds.

  • No rescheduling.

  • No-shows are treated as cancellations within 48 hours.

Notice Requirements

All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing by email. Cancellation is effective only once written confirmation is issued by Belvedere Sports Parties. Phone calls alone do not constitute formal notice.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original method of payment. Processing timelines depend on your financial institution.

Party Time Definition

The scheduled party time includes both court time and party room access. Early arrivals or extended use beyond the reserved time may result in additional charges.

Facility Closure / Events Beyond Our Control

If Belvedere Sports Parties must cancel due to facility issues, safety concerns, government orders, or other events beyond our reasonable control, guests will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
